Gharmish is an online marketplace that connects guests with independent local hosts offering experiences in the Aseer region of Saudi Arabia, operated from Abha under commercial registration (CR) 7051409212. Gharmish operates the platform, handles payments, and supports both sides — the experience itself is created and delivered by the host.

We vet every host before they appear on the platform, but hosts are not Gharmish employees, and each experience page describes what the individual host offers.

You must be 18 or older to book or host. Keep your account details accurate — we use your phone number and email to deliver booking confirmations, payment links, and time-sensitive updates.

You are responsible for activity on your account. If you believe someone else has accessed it, contact us right away.

All prices are in Saudi Riyals, and the price shown is the final amount you pay — inclusive of any applicable taxes, with nothing added at checkout. Instant book experiences are confirmed as soon as your payment succeeds. Request-to-book experiences are confirmed only after the host accepts within 24 hours and you complete payment within 24 hours of acceptance.

Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider supporting mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Gharmish never stores your full card details.

Each experience carries one of three cancellation policies, shown on its page and fixed on your booking at the moment you book. Flexible — free cancellation with a full refund until 24 hours before the start; no refund after that. Moderate — full refund until 48 hours before the start; 50% refund until 24 hours before; no refund after that. Strict — full refund until 7 days before the start; 50% refund until 72 hours before; no refund after that. On any policy, cancelling within 24 hours of booking refunds in full while the start is at least 48 hours away; one free date change is included within the policy's window.

Gharmish Credit is a balance on your Gharmish account that you can apply to bookings at checkout. It is not money in a bank account: it cannot be deposited into, transferred to anyone else, or withdrawn as cash. Credit we grant as a goodwill gesture or promotion may carry an expiry date, which is shown when it's granted; credit issued from a refund of your own payment never expires.

When a refund is issued as Gharmish Credit, any amount you originally paid by card can be moved back to that card from your booking page — up to the amount charged to it, and only to that original payment method. Credit granted in error, or connected to fraud or misuse, may be reversed.

Arrive on time, follow the host's safety instructions, and treat hosts, other guests, and the places you visit with respect. Behaviour that endangers others or violates Saudi law or local customs can lead to a cancelled booking without refund and removal from the platform.

Hosts agree to describe their experiences accurately, hold the licences and permits their activity requires, honour confirmed bookings, and deliver what the listing promises.

Reviews must reflect a genuine booking and an honest experience. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, or unlawful, and we may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.

Experiences are created and delivered by independent hosts, who are solely responsible for their experiences — including safety, permits, licensing, and any harm arising from them. Gharmish does not provide insurance for hosts or guests; experiences carry the inherent risks of the activity described on their page, and you participate at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Gharmish's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Saudi law.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use Gharmish after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Saudi courts.
