How do I book an experience?
Pick a date on the experience page, choose your group size, and submit. Instant Book experiences confirm as soon as you pay; request-to-book experiences go to the host first, who responds within 24 hours.
When am I charged?
Instant Book: at checkout, and your spot is confirmed immediately. Request to book: only after the host accepts — you'll get a secure payment link by email and on your booking page. A declined or expired request is never charged.
What does "pending host approval" mean?
Your request is with the host. They have 24 hours to accept or decline, and we'll email you the moment they respond. Until they accept, no money moves.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — any time before the experience starts, from your booking page. Cancel at least 48 hours before the start and a paid booking refunds in full; closer than that, the payment is kept.
How do I reach my host?
Once a booking is confirmed, your booking page shows a WhatsApp line straight to the host for meeting-point details and day-of coordination.
How do I become a host?
Apply from the "Host with us" page. We review every application, verify identity and licences, and then build the experience together with you — photography included.
