Host with us
Host the Aseer you know.
You already know something worth sharing — a craft, a trail, a table, a story. Gharmish is a partnership marketplace, not a passive listing site: we work alongside a small circle of local hosts — with photography, training, and distribution — and share the upside fairly.
Applying doesn't list anything yet. Our partnerships team reviews every application and follows up to talk through payouts, licensing, and the experience you'd love to host.
Who can host
We partner with people who know Aseer firsthand — whether you host on your own or through a registered tourism business. You should have a genuine tie to the region's culture, landscape, or community.
Individuals
Saudi nationals and residents with a national ID or Iqama, hosting in their own name. A tourism or freelance permit helps but we'll guide you on what's needed.
Registered companies
Tour operators and activity businesses with a commercial registration and the relevant tourism licence, hosting under the company name.
How the partnership works
We co-create with you rather than just list you. That means real support behind every experience, so the quality stays high and the story stays yours.
- Photography
- We shoot your experience professionally so it looks its best across the marketplace.
- Training
- We help you shape the experience, set expectations, and deliver a consistent, memorable day.
- Distribution
- We bring guests who value the real thing — Saudi travelers first, international visitors as we grow.
How applying works
Apply
Sign in and tell us about yourself, your languages, and how you'd like to host. It takes a few minutes.
We review and verify
Our partnerships team reviews your application and verifies your identity and licences. We follow up personally — no automated rejections.
We build it together
Once you're approved, we co-create the experience with you — photography, pricing, and the details that make it feel like Aseer.
Publish and earn
Your experience goes live. You manage availability from your dashboard, and you have 24 hours to accept each booking request.
What you'll need
Have these ready before you apply — you can upload them during the application, and our team reviews them before your first listing goes live.

- Registration and licenceCommercial registration and a tourism licence for companies; a tourism or freelance permit where you have one.
- VAT certificateYour VAT registration certificate, if your business is VAT-registered. Optional otherwise.

Payouts and responsibility
Gharmish takes a fair revenue share, agreed with you as part of your partnership — we'll walk you through the numbers before anything is signed.
You're paid when a booking is completed. We transfer what you're owed to your Saudi IBAN and record every transfer in the payout ledger in your dashboard, where you can update your IBAN anytime.
Hosts are solely responsible and fully liable for the experiences they deliver. Gharmish does not provide insurance — please make sure you're properly covered for the activities you host.
Common questions
How do I become a host?
Apply from the "Host with us" page. We review every application, verify your identity documents — and licences where your activity requires them — and then build the experience together with you, photography included.
How long do I have to answer a booking request?
24 hours. Accept and the guest receives a secure payment link; decline or let the window lapse and the request expires — the guest is never charged either way.
When do I get paid as a host?
A payout is earned when a booking is completed. We transfer what you're owed to your Saudi IBAN and record every transfer in the payout ledger in your dashboard — where you can also update your IBAN at any time.
What if I have to cancel as a host?
Cancel from your bookings page as early as you can. The guest is notified and any payment is refunded in full automatically, no matter how close to the start it happens.
Can I change my experience after it's published?
Yes — edit the details, pause the listing, or adjust day-by-day availability from your dashboard whenever you need. Confirmed bookings keep the price and terms they were booked with.
