Hosts join Gharmish by application, not by sign-up. Before the Verified badge appears, a real person on our team reviews and approves every identity document a host is required to provide — a national ID or commercial registration, proof of their payout account, and, where their activity requires one, a tourism licence. Every experience listing is also reviewed by our team before it goes live.

Payments run through our payment provider with 3-D Secure — card details never touch our servers. For request-to-book experiences you aren't charged until the host accepts, and if a host declines or doesn't respond in time, nothing is charged at all.

Every host is identity-verified before their first listing goes live, and each experience page spells out what to bring and any minimum age — so you know exactly what you are signing up for before you book. Experiences are delivered by independent hosts and Gharmish does not provide insurance; our terms of service explain how responsibility is shared, so read them before you book.

Gharmish is run from Abha, not a call centre. Every booking page has a direct "report a problem" line that reaches our team, and confirmed bookings unlock a WhatsApp line to your host for day-of coordination.

Only guests who completed a booking can review it — one review per booking, and hosts can reply once. No purchased ratings, no anonymous noise.
